One hour a day, every day
Making time for the things we value is a constant challenge for most people. Sometimes it can seem almost impossible.
A recent seminar I attended suggested spending one hour a day, every day, working on your book until it is in print.
So where will you find this hour? Before work? After work? Your lunch break? On public transport while commuting? While waiting for your child at a sporting event?
And what things can you do to make sure you are always ready to work on your book, whenever you have a spare moment? Always carry a notebook, a tablet, or a laptop? Use recording or note-taking apps on your phone?
Whatever you decide, the main this is that if we want something badly enough, we just have to ‘make time’!
